7Dhatus products, herbal recommendations, lifestyle advice, and wellness consultations are intended solely for general education and supportive well-being rooted in traditional Ayurveda. 2. Use of Products & Safety Precautions
Because Ayurvedic products contain potent botanicals, oils, and herbal powders, you agree to observe all safety guidance:
- Patch Testing: Always perform a 24-hour patch test behind your ear or inside your wrist before using any facial oil, shampoo paste, or henna color pack.
- External Use: All cosmetic oils, cleansers, tailams, and hair pastes are for external topical use only unless explicitly labeled as an internal herbal formulation.
- Allergies: Check ingredient lists carefully. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All product prices are quoted in USD ($) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors. An order confirmation email represents an acknowledgment of your order, not an acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit order quantities at our discretion.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Orders are packaged with care and dispatched via reputable parcel carriers. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier. We offer standard shipping rates and free shipping on qualifying domestic orders exceeding the announced promotion threshold.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic, botanical nature of our self-care products, we cannot accept returns on opened, unsealed, or used items. If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can send a replacement or issue a refund.
6. Consultations & Appointments
Appointments for personalized Ayurvedic consultations are subject to scheduling availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced.

All content on this site—including text, graphics, the 7Dhatus logo, philosophy diagrams, product names, formulations, and photos—is the exclusive intellectual property of 7Dhatus Ayurveda and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.
